Do you want to be a better and stronger runner? Or do you generally want a functional and robust body? Then this step-up exercise is excellent for you.
How to perform a step-up exercise
Ensure that you are stable in the upper body and that your hips do not protrude too much to the side when you go up. When you have come up, put on a high knee lift with the opposite knee, and tighten well in the buttocks. Then go down again with the same leg, and start the movement again with the opposite leg. Do ten repetitions on each leg in 3 series. Use a bench or chair. Step up is also an excellent activity to do outside on the run, where you can use a park bench.
