Walking with incline

We take the average walking speed, 3.1 mph. We also take the subjects’ weight when they walk flat and incline. We take the incline to flat, 2% and 6%. The higher 6% is something you can do when you walk. Here are the calculations:

Running

We have run like walking at 6.5 mph, and this is pretty fast to do 30 minutes. It would be best if you were used to running to continue at this level.
