How to run a half marathon without training

At some point, many of us have lined up for a race without much or no training. It will most likely not be the best experience you want, but it is possible to complete a race without much training.

Let’s say you have run as far as at least 5-0 km, and your goal is to run a half marathon. Hydrate and fuel well

Hydration and fuel are crucial because the half marathon is no joke, and it is a long race. Use the hydration stations provided by the race organizers and drink a little fluid every 5k if possible. It would be best if you did this before and during the race. If you follow a certain pace, you can carry your gels and consume them after the race’s first half. Have a reasonable goal
